• During the first quarter, the participants will learn why and how they can use the power of reading to help them reach their organization or personal goals
• There will be two group exercises to keep the event lively.
• The exercises work on setting a foundation for the participants to let their floodgates down on anything holding them back from reaching their organization or personal goals. They then will plan some actionable steps which can be taken immediately.
• The last thirty minutes is a Q&A session reserved for discussing the participants’ specific needs on how they can apply The SPAR Framework on a personal and organizational level.
